In connection with technical works, after which transition to Interlude client will follow, server will be not accessible to play from 11:00 till 24:00. We are glad to please you, that all problems known to us with the client are corrected. You can download game here. Before start of servers the new patch will be hosted. We advise you to install the new version of game not earlier than there will be an announcement of a new patch in this section.

Don't know It it weren't laggy for me :). Maybe it lagged cause you hadn't changed display settings.
GPU animation for a example.
And not to mention, Shadow.
